Our Contact Centre is based in Wellington, and there are also two Community Operations teams, with community advisors who work with individuals and community organisations around New Zealand and the Pacific. The Wellington-based teams work closely with the Community Operations' teams around the country, and provide secretariat services and grants or fellowship administration support for:

Wellington is also where the secretariat for the Lottery Grants Board is based, along with Community Operations’ Operational Policy and Business Improvement Team and the community advisors who support and administer the Lottery Minister's Discretionary Fund. The Wellington teams also support the committees and grants administration for:
