Why do I need to use a personal email address for RealMe?

A RealMe login is an electronic way of saying you are you. For your RealMe login, use an email address that only you use and have access to.

When you are setting up your profile in our online system, you may use your work email address. However, if your work email is for the job you do, for example: reception@communitygroup.org.nz someone else may have used this email address before you for their profile in our system. The profile secretary for your organisation may need to ask us to make this change for you, call us on: 0800 824 824.
