Lottery Minister’s Discretionary Fund
Applicants are generally advised of grant decisions within 12 weeks of an application, with all supporting documents, being lodged.
Lottery Individuals with Disabilities Committee
Once an application is lodged, an applicant may expect to be advised of the committee’s decision within 6 to 16 weeks.

Crown funded schemes
Community Development Scheme
The 2012 funding round opened on 10 November 2011 and will close on Wednesday 21 March 2012.
Community Internship Programme
The Community Internship Programme is now open for applications for internships beginning between 11 – 30 June 2012.
Applications close on Wednesday 14 March 2012.
Community Organisation Grants Scheme
COGS has one funding round per year. Applications can be submitted from 1 June, and must be in by 5.00pm on the last Wednesday of July in each year.
Support For Volunteering Fund
The Support for Volunteering Fund is currently closed for applications. The 2012 application form and a guide for applicants will be available from on website from February 2012.
Youth Worker Training Scheme
Closing dates for applications vary from region to region. Contact the nearest regional office of the Department of Internal Affairs for further information.

Chinese Poll Tax Heritage Trust

New Zealand Winston Churchill Memorial Trust
Applications close on 31 July each year.
Successful applications are announced during December.
Pacific Development and Conservation Trust
Applying for funding is a two stage process. Applicants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) prior to 31 March. EOIs will be considered by the Advisory Trustees and successful applicants will be invited to submit a full project application. The closing date for full applications is 18 July.
Peace and Disarmament Education Trust
There are two funding rounds a year for project grants and one funding round a year for scholarships grants.
